1. Our Commitment to Privacy.
Dklegends.com is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers, visitors, and users of our website (the “Site”) and any mobile applications affiliated with the Site (“Applications”). To better protect your privacy, we provide this privacy policy (“Policy”) to explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The practices described in this Policy apply only to information gathered through and in connection with this Site or any Applications, and not to any other websites or applications that you may be able to access from the Site or any Applications, each of which may have their own data collection, storage, privacy, and use practices and policies that differ materially from our Policy.

By using or interacting with the Site or any Applications you consent to this Policy, including your consent to our use and disclosure of information about you in the manner described in this Policy.
3. The Information We Collect.
Information you Provide to Us. The only information we collect is information you enter on our Site, or that you give us in any other way. At our Site, you may be able to enter contests, vote in polls, express an opinion, subscribe to one of our services, or participate in an online forum. In order for you to access these services, we require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Information Collected via Technology. We may collect various types of non-personally identifiable information when you visit the Site. This Site, like many other sites, records this basic information about visits to our Site. Third Party Analytics. We may use a number of third-party service provider(s) to help analyze how users use our services (“Analytics Companies”). These Analytics Companies use Cookies to collect information such as how often users visit our Site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our services. We use the information we get from Analytics Companies to improve our Site, Applications, and services.
Referral Affiliates. We may enter into agreements with companies that refer users to our Site by way of hyperlinks made available on the referring party’s website. We may automatically collect certain information, such as [your IP address, referring website, and your IP address] via the Cookies and Pixel Tags that are provided to us in connection with your use of the referring party’s website. This Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, Cookies or Pixel Tags provided by third party websites.
4. Interaction with Third Party Sites and Services.
Certain services or other materials displayed on the Site may integrate, be integrated into, or be provided in connection with third-party services and content. We do not control those third-party services and content and our Terms of Use and this Policy do not apply to those third-party services. You should read the terms of use agreements and privacy policies that apply to such third-party services and content. We are not responsible for the practices used by any third party websites or services linked to or from our Site, including, without limitation, the information or content contained within them. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorize to access information you provide to them. If you are using a third-party website or service and you allow them to access your personal information you do so at your own risk.
5. How and When the Information is Used.
General Use. The information we collect is used for administering our business activities and to provide services to you. We use your financial data to verify your qualifications for certain products or services and to bill you for products and services. Occasionally, we may use the information to communicate with you about changes to our Site, new services, to fulfill a request by you for an online newsletter, or special offers. If you have access to certain areas of the Site because you are a Member (“Member Areas”), the Member Areas may contain groups, discussions, member profiles, comment areas, blogs and similar areas where Members can share information about themselves and their opinions, as well as post or share content. Personal Information or content you post or share through a Member Area may be viewed, accessed, or collected by, or disclosed to, other Members and may be used by other Members in ways neither you nor we are able to control or predict, including, without limitation, disclosure of your Personal Information or content to the public or to contact you for unauthorized purposes. We use the Personal Information you provide when registering to become a Member to send you publications, information about Member benefits and special offers, features included in the Member Areas and other information we believe is relevant and useful to our Members. By using the Member Areas, you hereby acknowledge and agree that any information you share in a Member Area (including, without limitation, Personal Information) is available to other Members and to us for use as provided herein.
Mobile Application. In addition, if you use our mobile Application, we may use information you provide to send text messages you sign up to receive. To stop receiving these messages, follow the instructions provided when you sign up for the service or within the text message. We may also send push notifications to your device and you may stop these notifications by turning off the notifications in the application or in the device. We will only share this information with our mapping provider for the sole purpose of providing you this service. You may opt-out of location based services at any time by editing the setting at the device level and we will retain this information long enough to provide you with the service you requested.
Marketing. We may use your name, screen-name, username, photograph, voice, opinions, posts, and biographical information for advertising or promotional purposes without further payment, consideration, notice, or approval.
6. Who Has Access to the Information.
Third Party Service Providers. We may disclose Personal Information to third parties whose practices are not covered by this Policy (e.g., other marketers, websites, affiliates, publishers, retailers, participatory databases, and other profit and non-profit organizations) that want to market products or services to you. If we desire to share Personal Information with persons or entities not covered by this Policy, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out or block such uses either at the point of submission of your Personal Information or prior to any such disclosure. We will share your Personal Information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Policy or with your permission.
Corporate Restructuring. In addition, we may transfer Personal Information about you if we and/or the Site are acquired by, sold to, merged with or otherwise transferred to another entity.

7. Tracking Technologies.
Cookies. To enhance your online experience, we may use “Cookies” or similar technologies. Cookies are pieces of information that are transferred to your computer from a web server. Cookies do not contain Personal Information; however, once you choose to furnish a site with Personal Information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the Cookie. Most browsers are set up to accept Cookies, but you can change your settings to have your browser notify you when you receive a new Cookie or to refuse to accept Cookies.
Web Beacons. We may also use “Web Beacons” (also referred to as clear Gifs, Pixel Tags or Web bugs). Web Beacons are tiny graphic images, similar in function to Cookies, which are used to track online movements of web users. Unlike Cookies, which are stored on a computer’s hard drive or web browser, Web Beacons are embedded invisibly in web pages.
“Do Not Track” Policy. We may use collected information about your interactions with our Site and our products or services while you are logged in, and we only do so while you are logged in. Our notice is intended to make you aware that if and when you choose to sign in to your account, you understand that you are allowing us to collect. We do not track you across the internet, and we do not change or disable the DNT setting in your browser.
